● Visually inspect the radiator/heat exchanger for leaks, damage or debris. Inspect louvers for proper operation.
● Visually inspect coolant for correct level and signs of contamination. Check coolant and conditioner concentration and temperature protection. Check filler cap gasket and sealing surfaces. Coolant is to be added to the cooling system if the coolant level is low.
● Visually inspect all hoses and connections for deterioration. Physically check the tightness of all connections.

● Check the fan drive pulley and fan for loose or worn pulleys. Replace pulleys if needed. Lube fan drive bearing. Check fan operation and clearance.
● Inspect fan belts for wear and deterioration. Check fan operation. Replace belts if needed.
